When it comes to coaching and counseling we treat every client as an individual. We don’t treat everyone the same. Our approach is simple. Its like when a house is being built the only thing that is standard is the foundation. Besides that the roof, siding, how many rooms, and how the house is decorated is completely up to the people who are having the home built. That’s what we do with our clients! We help lay a solid foundation and help you build the life that you want that looks the way you want.

We Asses Where You Are
After every session you will receive an assessment letter to help you take a step in the direction you want to go.
Sample Assessment Letter
Continual blessings Latrice! I am honored and privileged to have you as a client! I know how difficult it can be to open up to a complete stranger with the secrets and struggles of your life. I promise you that I take the trust you have endowed upon me serious. Not just because I am bound by HIPPA privacy laws, but also because I value a continued friendship far beyond our coach client relationship. Today was a great step in the right direction and will only be the first step of many more good decisions to come.
As your coach/counselor every session we have will be followed up by an evaluation letter. In these evaluation letters you will get my overall assessment of where you are headed based upon what we discussed. Moreover I will give suggestions for your next move, schedule follow up appointment dates, provide resources to help, give you scripture to mediate on, prepare you for what we will discuss in our next session, and give you a prayer suggestion to say. If you have any questions feel free to email me. I truly believe you are going to turn it around and reach your goal of overall stability. I am here to guide you, pray with you, and hold you accountable.
After meeting today, I can sense a great deal of despair, hurt, and uncertainty about what your life is going to be like in the future. You seem to be unsure about your relationship, your finances, and your living conditions. Moreover, I see a great disconnect between you and your husband and stress from the lack of stability in that relationship. I also see that you are in tired of fighting so many battles by yourself with little or no help from others around you. So your overall goal to reach a level of consistency is a complete accurate goal to want to achieve. So to reach that goal you have to take several steps. The great thing about what’s going to take place is you will get to decide what path you take and I will just point you in the right direction.
Moving towards finical stability
The first thing you said that you wanted to do was become financially stable. That’s a great idea! To become financially stable is very difficult. It is tough and takes dedication and discipline. In regards to your situation the first step of many you are going to take is to start to save money. Saving is only one element of financial stability but trust you me it is a very important step towards financial stability. There are plenty of other steps to take but we will focus on one step at a time. Here’s what I want you to do and that I am holding you accountable to do these things.
